Color Coating Line ( CCL) Process
Pre-processing : Remove and adhesion and corrosion resistance are endowed
Top & Bottom surface are treated with primer coating to improve the adhesion
between the steel and paint and to improve the corrosion resistance.
The steel sheet after primer coating is heated up for drying
after the finish painting of both surface with the color.
Refined and luxurious color sheet steel is produced with embossing treatment
on the single side or both sides, printing of various patterns or color
such as flower, or attaching the film on the steel that has completed the coating process.
