THE ABOVE DATA WAS MEASURED WHEN THE MELTING FURNACE IS AT ITS BEST WORKING STATE WITH MAXIMUM POWER. IF THE FURNACES ARE WORKING AT A LOWER RATE, THE CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY CAN BE HIGHER BY EACH UNIT OUTPUT. DURING NORMAL OPERATION, IF POWER SUPPLY STOPS FOR A LONG TIME, THE MELTED COPPER IN THE FURNACE WILL FREEZE AND WILL DAMAGE. THEREFORE, THERE IS A DIESEL POWER GENERATOR IN THE PLANT, WHICH STARTS AUTOMATICALLY OR MANUALLY.
