OVERVIEW OF MAINTENANCE / MODERNISATION

Year 1987 Commissioning of the plant
         The control system S5 was replaced by a control system S7.

Year  2007 The strip accumulator was upgraded with a new control cabinet with a S7
control system and new Siemens 6RA70 frequency converters
The frequency converters of the forming and sizing section were
replaced by new Siemens RA70 frequency converters.

Year  2009 The cut off saw was upgraded with a new control system Rexroth
Indramat CLM 1.4. DC-drive of the saw carriage was replaced by an
Rexroth Indramat servomotor. Hydraulic aggregat was also replaced.
04/2013 Availibility of the tube welding line ex foundations.
