2. How are the electrical panels stored subsequently.
   : After shut down, Control Room was closed.
  
3. Will the AFC panels of ABB be useful after such a long time or will the electronics of these also will have to be replaced
   : Shall be useful

4. What is the roll separating force of the mill
  
a) Roll force Hyd cylinder diameter has been indicated as 460 dia.
This appears to be low . Kindly check on this aspect.
We assume the mill screw down has been fully converted to hydraulic system.
→ As 2 stage step Cylinder,
   1st step 762mm, 2nd step 533mm
  Power isd about 1000 Ton
   Auto Hydraulic System

b) Back up roll size has been indicated as 1000 mm dia max.
Normally Hitachi Mills of this width has a back up roll of about 1200 mm dia.
Kindly check on this aspect ? Is the RSF low for this mill ?
The coolant flow rates have also been indicated very low.

→ Roll Size is decided by product.
   When Revamping(4Hi → 6Hi),
   It become small using original housing size.

   After changing to 6Hi,
   I.M.Roll is inserted at inside,
   Force balance alignment become goog,
   Product surface become nice.

5. do they still have mechanical screw down in the mill or it has full stroke Hydraulic AGC Cylinder.
   :
     → Before Revamping, Full stroke hyd AGC cylinder
     → After Revamping, Hyd AGC,  Full st is 280mm.
