The lines are still installed, and were producing untill last December 2008.
Perfectly maintened and in very good working conditions.


MAX MOULD DIMENSION:  600 x 480  mm

MAX WEIGHT of the casting pieces:  13- 15  kg

MAX PRODUCTIVITY:   350 moulds/hour

The two lines are completed of:
- 1,5 tonn. induction furrnace with automatic pouring system
- 35 mt of conveyours
- auto shake-out system
- magnetic attachment for loading of the casted pieces at the end of the line
- 900 kg ladle for fulfilling of the furnace
- conveyours for recovering of the sand

One line is also provided with the DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC INSERTION OF THE CORES INTO THE MOULDS.
