complete Continuous Polymerization Plant based on PTA exactly the same as it is described in request in Central Europe Yearly output of PET chips yarn grade is 60 000 Tons.
Minimal effective output is abt. 32 000 Tons of chips.
The plant is totally new erected in 2008.
Continuous Polymerization is based on Aquafil Engineering GmbH technology.It is 2 - Reactor plant technology.The line consists
from UPR® reactor of AQUAFIL Engineering (Universal Polymerisation Reactor) and Finisher.See technological scheme below.
This flexibile configuration enables to achive the same production cost as large scale plants.
The 2-Reactor technology can be used for textile-, film- and bottle applications with IV 0.58-0.68 and technical yarns with IV up to 0.98.
